พนักงานดูแลดีมาก ตอนเลือกอาหาร เค้าก็แนะนำเมนูได้ดีมาก เป็นกันเองสุดๆ อาหารก็อร่อยหลายอย่าง แต่ที่เด็ดคือ เมนูขนมหวานค่ะ สำหรับคนที่ลดความอ้วน ก็ถือว่าเป็น cheat day แล้วกันนะคะ เพราะพลาดไม่ได้จริงๆ ค่ะ

ห้องกว้าง สะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมากครับ อาหารเช้ามีความหลากหลาย รายการอาหารเยอะ

The hotel is located close to the local shops and evening food markets, it’s a short walk from the beach and very easy

I would stay here again and book the pool access room as I upgraded mine from the deluxe. Easy to get around everywhere

"Was great accommodation close to everything
· Breakfast good. Pool and bar great. Our room good BUT my son and his girlfriend had room 428 and they experienced damp clothes that were in cupboard on hangers and some of my sons clothes got a film of mould on them"

"Deevana Plaza, it was great to be back!
· The Deevana Plaza Phuket is where I always stay when visiting Patong. I love the location, close enough to the beaches and bars and restaurants to be an easy walk but just far enough away to provide for a quiet and relaxing vacation. I like the facilities, particularly the well laid out swimming pool area, and the delicious breakfast options. Most of all, I love the ever-friendly staff. It was great to get back here after an extended Covid-enforced break and I am so glad the Deevana Plaza was still there to welcome me."

Jay the assistant manager looked after us when we upgraded our room, we booked in for 27 days, what an amazing crew this hotel has, the breakfast selection is simply incredible, the guys and girls at the bistro are awesome, the security guard, chachai, hope I spelt that correctly met us every day with a huge smile and warm welcome, Deevana should be extremely proud of the staff who represent your hotel, they are all amazing, we thank you all for making our holiday so much fun,"

We stayed early April and were very happy with the resort and will be staying there in the future. The rooms are a decent size , clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and friendly with a special mention to the guard that always welcomed us with a salute and a big friendly smile (you made our stay that bit more special) . The breakfast choices were excellent with so much to choose from. The only slight issue was the water pressure seemed to drop at afternoons . We have stayed at a few resorts in Patong with one in particular we always returned to , but now our future plans include staying at Deevana, Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

recommended" supper value for money, room is decently huge and toilet was big and clesn. Location was also good (near 7-11, roadside food stalls) but not too near the main street so noise is non existent. Staff were friendly and also the breakfast has sufficient amount of variety, didnt make use of the pool but we sae a pool bat which is nice. resort to patong beach and Bangla street was about 15 mins which is a walkble distance. overall super satisfied with our stay espeically at the price point that we are paying for 🙂

This was my 5th visit to Deevana and I loved it just as I had before. This trip I bought my daughter and my grandchildren and they loved staying here also. The staff in the Restaurant for breakfast and Lunch were fabulous (we didnt eat dinner) they greeted the boys every morning like family. The breakfast is why we keep coming back its the best variety in Patong (dont believe other disgruntled reviews) if you cant find something that you like you would have to be a very fussy eater. The rooms on arrival with the elephant towels and welcome in leaves was very special to walk into. The pools and gardens are kept pristine as always. The housekeepers are so friendly and keep the rooms clean to a high standard. My only complaint was the letter telling me my account had reached the allowed limit? I was not advised of any such limit nor was I asked for my credit card on arrival! That didnt leave me feeling good nor the young girl on Reception she was quite abrupt when I questioned her about it as I was due to leave the next morning I thought it was quite uncalled for. Other than this I cannot wait to return again soon.

"Deevana Patong ”
Fantastic resort in a great location. Has 2 large swimming pools, one close to my room with pool bar. The second set in lush gardens. Great breakfast. Room was large with good air-conditioning and facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Set far enough away from nightlife to be quiet but close enough for easy access. Large number of restaurants close at hand. Overall a first class resort."

A great little spot just back from the main road (so fairly quiet), with nice selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. Nice if your looking for somewhere with a Thai feel to it rather than a modern ubiquitous square box. Just a few minutes walk or short cab ride to the main bars, shops and beach. My 3rd stay here and I think I will stay again. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, one with a private terrace pool, which to be honest we didn’t use but the room was nice and conveniently located. A second floor room (note there is no passenger lift - only for luggage - to the upper floor rooms) so if you struggle with stairs choose one of the ground floor room or the garden wing, which are like chalets. Staff always helpful, Oom on reception even lent us her own umbrella after we had checked out as umbrellas are only available from the rooms. Rooms clean and well serviced. Two nice pools.

Very Good, The staff are the nicest people, and really go above and beyond. Especially the guy working the swim up bar and the guy who works the restaurant

Ramada is definitely one of the best choice to stay at Phuket. It's situated quite at a prome location and is close to Patong beach and Bangla road and many other restaurants and pubs which are in near vicinity. Staff is warm ans friendly and helpful. Food is a little let down, specially Indian food hence that is something which definitely can be improved upon. Breakfast spread was nice with lot of choices however still lacks items as per Indian pallet. Overall the experience was satisfactory. Rooms are spacious and are equipped with all basic amenities.

Clean, beautiful, friendly. I was there for six nights and enjoyed it very much. It is close to walking street and the beach. The pool water is very clean and the cocktails are very delicious. It is very relaxing there. Tie reception is fast. It is done. Attention Middle East people, there are some Iranian restaurants near there with delicious food"

“3 day stay for couple ” We were there for 3 days , the staff was very helpful. They upgraded us to a better room and surprised us with a cake as it was my wife’s birthday. The rooms were clean, location is near to Ao nang beach. A lot of restaurants and tour guide shops near the hotel. Totally value for money.

Feel at home from the moment you set foot inside. A perfect place to stay for all, young, old or families with young children. You are made to feel welcome from the minute you set foot in their beautiful lobby. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Kettle,tea, coffee and water was provided. Free wifi, pool gown and slippers. Restaurant downstairs, The Kingfisher is lovely and chilled with great food and a great buffet breakfast. Cocktails especially good. Awesome pools surrounding the complex and the most helpful and friendly staff ❤

Deevana Krabi is near the Aao Nang Beach which you could definitely reach by walking in a couple of minutes. We absolutely loved the room there. The staff was very courteous and polite

Great hotel on a quiet end of the road. Location for us was perfect as we do not mind walking - 10/15 mins walk to the beach, restaurants, boats. Staff was exceptional! We stayed in pool access room and was worth the extra money. Breakfast had a limited choice, mostly oriented for Asian guests. On busy days we had to queue a bit or wait until staff topped up the food sections.

We enjoyed out stay so much that we decided to extend our stay over there. 1. The room is spacious and clean 2. Breakfast has good variety 3. A beach tote bag and beach towel are provided for us to bring 4. There is a kids club with scheduled activities 5. The location is about 15 mins walk to the night market and the beach. hotel provides shuttle service too 6. There is nearby 7-11, massage place, and restaurants 7. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind 8. The restaurant served a very delicious Thai food. It’s a must try! 9. You get more what you paid for! We will definitely come back to stay here!

Great little bungalows with direct pool access. Clean and tidy. On the terrace there is a bathtub?! But we did not use it. Breakfast was at the Hotel Deevana next door. There was something for everyone. It's about 5 min walk to the start of Ao Nang Beach. Good starting point to explore the area. The rooms would have to be ventilated more. Roches a bit musty on our arrival. But that is very often the case in Southeast Asia.

We had a lovely room but the only issue was it had no windows apart from the small panels on the door. It was close and really nicely decorated. We enjoyed using the pool which was really clean and the grounds are well kept. This hotel is a little walk away from the beach but we were fine with that. Would stay again.

Pretty decent hotel/resort. The villas are a steal at the price they are offering. And it's located or rather tucked away in a quite corner.

We stayed here for about a week and it was amazing! Everything was clean, breakfast was very good, property was cleaned every couple of hours, pool was very nice and quiet, doesn't have that big hotel feeling which we loved. Would defenetly come back here!

We stayed for four nights at Deevana and couldn’t be happier. The staff were all very friendly and we even booked an island tour with them which was fantastic. They catered to every need and even replaced one of our towels which went missing on our tour. Room was very spacious and clean. Only a short walk to the beach as well. Wouldn’t look anywhere else if you’re staying in Ao Nang / Krabi.
